General description

Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performancesentfaltung. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role in this. The diameter of the tubee, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is determined through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
