General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header pipe, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes leading to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow header pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
