General Description

With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header pipe, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes all the way to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow header pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header pipe variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also available.
