General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. The diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes, right through to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically deform. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products.
