Mechanical 35 kW restrictor kits for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of driving licence class A2 can now enjoy a maximum of 35 kW. With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing to motorcycle riders, as almost any desired model can be converted to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence class A2. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2kW/kg and twice the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
Extensive know-how goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Essential factors must be considered: on the one hand, legal regulations such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery as much as possible.
