General description
Mechanical 35 kW restrictions for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of the A2 driving licence class can now access a maximum of 35 kW, which are waiting to be unleashed. With alpha Technik restriction kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing for motorcycle riders, as almost any desired model can be restricted to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 driving licence class. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2kW/kg and double the original output of the standard vehicle must not be exceeded.
A great deal of expertise goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Essential factors must be taken into account here: on one hand, legal regulations such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery, as unchanged as possible.
