General Description

Mechanical 35 kW restrictions for Euro 3 motorcycles:
Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of driving licence category A2 now have a maximum of 35 kW to bring to life. With alpha Technik restriction kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more interesting for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence category A2. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2kW/kg and double the output power of the standard vehicle must not be exceeded.
A great deal of expertise goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Essential factors must be taken into account here: on one hand, legal regulations such as exhaust gas, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery as unchanged as possible.
