Mechanical 35 kW restrictions for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of driving licence class A2 can now enjoy a maximum of 35 kW, which can be brought to life. With alpha Technik restriction kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing for the motorcycle rider, as almost every desired model can be restricted to the required power, performance of 35 kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence class A2. The power, performances-to-weight ratio of 0.2 kW/kg and double the original output of the production vehicle must not be exceeded.

Essential factors must be considered here: on one hand, there are legal regulations, such as exhaust, noise, and power, performances measurements according to the latest EC directive.
