Proudly holding your motorcycle driving licence A2, you've seen your dream motorcycle at the dealer, distributor – this machine HAS to be yours! Small catch: the standard power for the restricted licence is too high. Is the dream over? On the contrary, because with alpha Technik power, performances reductions, your motorcycle dream instantly becomes reality!

With restriction kits from alpha Technik, motorcycles of all power, performances classes become more interesting for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 25 kW or 35 kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence class A2. The power, performances weight of 0.2 kW/kg and double the original output of the production vehicle must not be exceeded.

Much know-how goes into the development of power, performances reduction. Essential factors must be considered: on the one hand, statutory regulations such as exhaust, noise, and power, performances measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performances development as unchanged as possible.
When all requirements are met, a component certificate is issued by the technical service. Until then, it is a high development and metrological effort that is not immediately apparent in the sometimes inconspicuous throttle restrictors and throttle travel limiters.

25 kW Restrictions:

All 25 kW restrictions function mechanically; no intervention in the electronics is necessary. The power, performances reduction is achieved by installing specially designed throttle restrictors in the intake tract or with throttle travel limiters.
