General description

Meet friends, ride to school - be independent, mobile, and free. This is made possible by alpha Technik's throttle kits. The product portfolio ranges from inexpensive mechanical conversion kits to performance-optimised replacement CDIs. This ensures everyone finds the right solution for them. Available for a variety of different scooter types, whether two-stroke or four-stroke engine, with carburetor or gas injection. Everything is possible.

Top quality for the highest demands on power, performance and riding comfort. Through a targeted intervention in the engine management of the moped engine, the speed and thus the power, performance are carefully limited to the permitted level upon reaching the respective maximum speed.

For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced so as not to negatively affect exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing a CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the throttle boxes is lightning fast for most vehicles, as the plug connections are already prepared. Only with older electronic conversion kits with additional electronics do a few cable connections need to be made.

Fundamentally, with every throttle kit – whether mechanical or electronic – care is taken to keep the installation effort and necessary vehicle modifications as low as possible.
