For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced so as not to negatively affect exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing a CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the restrictor boxes is lightning fast on most vehicles, as the plug connections are already prepared. Only with older electronic conversions with additional electronics do a few cable connections need to be made.

Basically, with every restriction - whether mechanical or electronic - care is taken to keep the installation effort and the necessary changes to the vehicle as minimal as possible.
