Top quality for the highest demands on power, performance and riding comfort. Through a targeted intervention in the engine management of the moped engine, the speed and thus the power, performance are gently restricted to the permitted level upon reaching the respective maximum speed.

For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced to avoid negatively affecting exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing a CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the restrictor boxes is lightning fast on most vehicles, as the plug connections are already pre-prepared. Only with older electronic conversions with additional electronics do a few cable connections need to be made.

Fundamentally, with every restriction – whether mechanical or electronic – care is taken to keep the installation effort and necessary modifications to the vehicle as minimal as possible.
