Changed Vehicle Parts
HVI (High-Voltage-Ignition) with Speedcontroller function lock 4, 5 and 6 gear. Completely remove the belly pan with screws and nuts. The combination of belly pan with moped conversion is not permitted.

TÜV expert opinion + all necessary conversion parts for speed conversion to 25 km/h, with pre-printed type plate sticker
