For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced to avoid negatively affecting exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing a CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the restriction boxes is lightning-fast for most vehicles, as the plug connections are already prepared. Only with older electronic conversion kits with additional electronics do a few cable connections need to be made.

Fundamentally, with every restriction – whether mechanical or electronic – care is taken to keep the installation effort and necessary modifications to the vehicle as minimal as possible.
