Meet friends, ride to school - be independent, mobile, and free. This is made possible by alpha Technik's restriction kits. The product portfolio ranges from inexpensive mechanical conversions to performance-optimised replacement CDIs, so everyone can find the right solution for their needs. Available for a variety of different scooter types, whether two-stroke or four-stroke engine, with carburetor or gas injection. Anything is possible.Top quality for the highest demands on power, performance and riding comfort. Through a targeted intervention in the engine management of the moped engine, the speed and thus the power, performance are gently braked to the permitted level upon reaching the respective maximum speed.
For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced to avoid negatively affecting exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing a CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the restriction boxes is lightning-fast for most vehicles, as the plug connections are already prepared. Only with older electronic conversions involving additional electronics are a few cable connections required.
Fundamentally, with every restriction kit - whether mechanical or electronic - care is taken to keep installation effort and necessary vehicle modifications as minimal as possible.
