For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced to avoid negatively affecting exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing an CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the restriction boxes is lightning fast on most vehicles, as the plug connections are already prepared. Only with older electronic conversions using additional electronics do a few cable connections need to be made.

Fundamentally, with every restriction - whether mechanical or electronic - care is taken to keep the installation effort and necessary modifications to the vehicle as minimal as possible.
