For newer Euro 4 vehicles, the gas injection is additionally influenced so as not to negatively affect exhaust emissions and the associated fuel consumption. This is achieved by installing a CDI unit tailored to the respective vehicle. Connecting the restriction boxes is lightning fast for most vehicles, as the plug connections are already prepared. Only with older electronic conversion kits with additional electronics do a few cable connections need to be made.

Fundamentally, with every restriction kit – whether mechanical or electronic – care is taken to keep the installation effort and necessary modifications to the vehicle as low as possible.
