Mechanical 35 kW restrictor kits for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of driving licence class A2 can now make use of a maximum of 35 kW.
With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more interesting for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence class A2. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2kW/kg and twice the original output of the series production vehicle must not be exceeded.
A lot of know-how goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Essential factors must be taken into account: on the one hand, statutory regulations such as exhaust gas, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the greatest possible preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery.
