Mechanical 35 kW restrictors for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, A2 licence holders can now enjoy a maximum of 35 kW, waiting to be unleashed. With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing to motorcycle riders, as almost any desired model can be restricted to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 driving licence. The power, performance weight of 0.2kW/kg and double the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
Extensive know-how goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Essential factors must be considered: on the one hand, legal regulations such as exhaust gas, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the aim is to maintain optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery as unchanged as possible.
