Mechanical 35 kW restrictor kits for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of A2 driving licences now have a maximum of 35 kW to unleash. With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be restricted to the required power, performance of 35 kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 driving licence. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2 kW/kg and double the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
Extensive expertise goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Essential factors must be considered: on one hand, legal regulations such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, maintaining optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery as unchanged as possible.
