General Description

Mechanical 35 kW restrictors for Euro 3 motorcycles:
Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, A2 licence holders are now able to ride bikes with a maximum of 35 kW. With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing to motorcycle riders, as almost any desired model can be converted to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 driving licence class. The power, performance weight of 0.2kW/kg and double the original power output of the standard vehicle must not be exceeded.

Extensive know-how is invested in the development of power, performance reduction. Key factors must be considered: on one hand, legal requirements such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery, as unaltered as possible.
