Mechanical 35 kW restrictors for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of the A2 driving licence class can now access a maximum of 35 kW, which they want to bring to life. With restrictor kits from alpha Technik, motorcycles of all power, performances classes become more interesting for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 driving licence class. The power, performances weight of 0.2kW/kg and double the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
A lot of know-how goes into the development of power, performances reduction. Essential factors must be taken into account: on the one hand, legal regulations such as exhaust, noise and power, performances measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performances development as unchanged as possible.
