Mechanical 35 kW restrictions for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of driving licence category A2 can now enjoy a maximum of 35 kW, ready to be brought to life. With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more interesting for motorcycle riders, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence category A2. The power, performance weight of 0.2kW/kg and double the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
Extensive expertise is invested in the development of power, performance reduction. Key factors must be taken into account: on one side are legal regulations, such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other side, the largely unchanged preservation of optimal rideability and homogenous power, performance delivery.
