Mechanical 35 kW restrictors for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of category A2 driving licences can now access a maximum of 35 kW, which are waiting to be brought to life. With the restriction kits from alpha Technik, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more interesting for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 35 kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current category A2 driving licence. The power, performance weight of 0.2 kW/kg and double the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
Extensive know-how goes into the development of power, performance reduction. Key factors must be considered here: on the one hand, statutory regulations such as exhaust, noise and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the preservation of optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery, as unchanged as possible.
