Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, holders of the A2 driving licence category can now look forward to a maximum of 35 kW, ready to be brought to life. With alpha Technik restriction kits, motorcycles of all power, performance categories become more interesting for the motorcycle rider, as almost every desired model can be restricted to the required power, performance of 35kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 driving licence category. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2kW/kg and twice the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
