Small snag: the standard power output is too high for a graduated licence. Is the dream over? On the contrary, with alpha Technik power, performance restrictor kits, the motorcycle dream immediately becomes a reality!

With alpha Technik restrictor kits, motorcycles of all power, performance classes become more appealing for motorcycle riders, as almost any desired model can be brought to the required power, performance of 25 kW or 35 kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current A2 licence class. The power, performance-to-weight ratio of 0.2 kW/kg and double the original power output of the standard vehicle must not be exceeded.

Much expertise goes into the development of power, performance restriction. Essential factors must be considered: on the one hand, statutory regulations such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, maintaining optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery as unchanged as possible. Before the new driving licence regulation came into force in spring 2013, new licence holders had to make do with 25 kW for 2 years.
