General description
The muffler/silencer Track Day for the Yamaha YZF-R1 has been developed specifically for use on race tracks where lower noise levels are required. Made from racing-proven materials – titanium for the housing and carbon for the end cap, muffler/silencer-attachment, bracket, and clamp.The slip-on connection must be combined either with the L-Y10SO11T/TD link pipe for mounting on standard headers or with the L-Y10E5/TD link pipe for mounting on the header set from the Evolution Line Kit S-Y10E3-APT, the Evolution Line S-Y10E3-APT, or the Racing Line S-Y10R15-APLT (the collector and headers with associated mounting material such as flanges, springs, inner sleeves, and lambda plugs – refer to the schematics of the mentioned systems).

Ordering the fitting kit P-MBY10E2, iincluding muffler/silencer-attachment, bracket and clamp, is mandatory.

The muffler/silencer must be combined either with the L-Y10SO11T/TD link pipe for mounting on the standard header or the L-Y10E5/TD link pipe for mounting on the header set from the Evolution Line Kit S-Y10E3-APT (collector C-Y10ET3 and header H-Y10ET2 with associated mounting material such as flanges, springs, inner sleeves, and lambda plugs – please refer to the illustrations of the S-Y10E3-APT).
