The system features a high-quality, sandblasted and lightweight titanium muffler/silencer outer sleeve with a black-coated stainless steel end cap, combined with a stainless steel link pipe and a presilencer, and is finished with a stylish Akrapovič monochrome sticker on the muffler/silencer. Replacing the exhaust system not only impacts the overall appearance of the motorcycle, but also its weight and power, performance. It weighs 1.7 kg less (a weight saving of 29.2%) compared to the standard exhaust system and produces a power, performance increase of 1.1 kW (1.5 hp) at 5,300 rpm and a torque increase of +1.9 Nm at 5,300 rpm, as tested on Akrapovič's in-house dyno against a Z650RS with a standard exhaust. This plug-and-play system offers impeccable throttle response in conjunction with a deep Akrapovič sound, requires no ECU mapping, and complies with the Euro 5 standard.When installing the Slip-On Line (Titanium), the existing exhaust system must be cut, which is why the easy-to-understand operating instruccions must be thoroughly read before and during installation.
