General Description

This link pipe, made entirely of titanium, was developed as an optional upgrade for further exhaust tuning possibilities for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system and replaces the stock presilencer. In conjunction with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), it delivers a power, performances and torque increase of 1.4 kW (3.2 hp) at 10,700 rpm and 4.8 Nm at 5,700 rpm, as measured on the Akrapovič dyno compared to a Yamaha MT-10 with a standard exhaust system. In addition to a deep racing sound, this product offers an enormous weight saving of 88.3% (7.3 kg) compared to the stock component. It has been developed for use on closed race tracks, which means that installing this track-oriented system invalidates the EC/ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line (Titanium). For optimal functionality, an ECU remap is required upon installation.

The exhaust can also be fitted to the MT-10 SP and MT-10 Tourer Edition models.
