General Description

This complete exhaust system is made from lightweight titanium and includes a header pipe with an integrated resonance chamber and an embossed Akrapovič logo. It was developed in collaboration with Akrapovič's racing department, drawing on many years of experience from top-level off-road racing. The development focus was on power, performance and torque. Tests were carried out by a professional test rider on an MX track to determine the most suitable version.

The innovative design ensures even greater durability and allows for improved sound damping to reduce environmental impact, while simultaneously enabling exhaust flow with minimal restrictions. The shape is designed to fit perfectly into the limited space of the motorcycle.

The Akrapovič logo has been printed onto the outer sleeve of the muffler/silencer using a special technique. The logo is now larger and combines white and red colours using the same process applied to exhaust systems in motorsport. This new technology ensures higher temperature resistance and a longer service life for the product, which is used under the harshest conditions.

Lightweight materials result in a weight saving of 21.3% (0.9 kg) compared to the standard model, and varying wall thicknesses in different sections ensure perfect protection, so the additional strength achieved by the design provides improved resilience under the most demanding conditions.

The exhaust has been developed exclusively for use on closed race tracks and produces a deep racing sound.
