General Description

Tailored for the limited space in the motorcycle, this system combines power, performance and durability for extreme conditions and the rigours of off-road racing.

Manufactured from lightweight, high-quality premium titanium alloys, with varying thicknesses in sections to ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight, the system is 26.5% lighter than the stock exhaust. A new profiled surface influences the sound to meet FIM noise limits for the competition. It gives the muffler/silencer additional strength and durability and delivers a deep, full sound that embraces the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine.

The muffler/silencer is as large as possible for the available space. This allows for increased sound damping, mitigating the impact on the natural environment while enabling improved exhaust gas flow from the combustion chamber with as few restrictions as possible. The added strength created by the design promotes durability and ensures improved resilience under the most demanding conditions. It offers improved responsiveness across the entire speed range and optimal feel when opening the throttle, giving the rider a high degree of control. The power, performance and torque values have been increased: 1.8 kW (2.5 HP) at 10300 rpm and 1.5 Nm at 7900 rpm were measured on the in-house dyno in back-to-back tests with a stock exhaust system.
The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust features a special logo embossing technique on the surface for longer durability and a titanium header with an integrated resonance chamber for optimal power, performance and sound, covered by a newly developed titanium heat shield. Installation is a simple plug-and-play process, requiring no mapping.

The exhaust system fits the Honda CRF 450 X version.
