General description

This product has been exclusively developed for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP by the Akrapovič Racing Department and HRC, and is intended solely for installation in conjunction with the HRC kit for the motorcycle model CBR1000RR-R (SC82/2024+). It is designed exclusively for use on a race-prepared motorcycle on racetracks.

This full exhaust system is crafted from race-proven materials, including high-grade, lightweight titanium with high temperature resistance, as well as various alloys to optimise each section of the exhaust system in terms of power, performance, weight, and durability. The muffler/silencer is sandblasted and coated to improve durability under the most demanding racing conditions, and is complemented by a black-coated aluminium muffler/silencer bracket, a carbon fibre heat shield to protect rider gear, and a logo applied using a special technique involving new technologies to withstand higher temperature and increase durability.

It features exhaust flanges that were cast in the in-house foundry. It complies with noise limits (107 dB +3), with measurement carried out by Akrapovič engineers according to the FIM method. This exhaust system does not fit a standard Honda CBR1000RR-R.

Separately, we also offer several optional products for this complete exhaust system. Please refer to the sketch if you are interested in ordering lambda plugs.

Please note that this product does not fit when used with a Suter swingarm. As an spare part, we offer an optional link pipe that is compatible with the Suter swingarm.
