General description

This pure racing product has been exclusively developed by Akrapovič's racing department and is intended solely for use with race-ready Honda CBR600RR motorcycles.

This full system is made from race-proven materials: the muffler/silencer, link pipe, and headers are crafted from high-grade, lightweight titanium, and the ensemble is complemented by a carbon fibre muffler/silencer bracket.

Each section utilises different high-grade titanium alloys with high temperature resistance to optimise power, performance, weight, and durability.

The distinctive hexagonal muffler/silencer is positioned under the seat and has been sandblasted and coated to improve durability under demanding racing conditions. A special technique was used for the logo, which also ensures greater temperature resistance and improved durability.

This race-proven exhaust, used in WorldSSP and national championships, fully complies with FIM WorldSSP noise limits (107 dB +3), with tests conducted by Akrapovič engineers according to the FIM method.

This exhaust system does not fit a standard Honda CBR600RR. It was developed for the CBR600RR based on the HRC-SNG Kit (Supersport New Generation), which meets the requirements of the WorldSSP regulations.
