General description
Akrapovic uses performance-oriented catalysts that guarantee you the better sound and power, performance improvement you expect from Akrapovic exhaust systems. The catalyst is a metallic honeycomb structure containing precious metals (palladium, rhodium, and platinum) on its surface. These metals convert toxic carbon monoxide and unburnt hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water vapour.
