General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the absence of an external balance tank and the adjustment options for compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of response and durability. Radial pistons, wet running guides, PTFE-lined spherical plain bearings and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Of course, the spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping can be set across an extremely wide range with 22 clicks via an open bleed system. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

Additional Information and Notes:
- In addition to the basic versions with a black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, for an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper are matt black anodised in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
