General Description

Piega R Aluminium Forged Wheel (race use only / for track use only):

The PIEGA R series features the innovative "C-section" and is designed for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older forged rim designs.

The single-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings of the chain and brake disc are individually tailored to the requirements of each race bike.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can undergo a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- Scope of delivery front wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting
- Scope of delivery rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting, rear sprocket carrierr, cush drive rubbers
- Scope of delivery rear wheel single-sided swingarm: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels in the rim and hub area can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities available upon request.

Both front and rear wheel can be optionally equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is naturally also available for single-sided swingarms.
