Both the housing and lever are CNC machined from solid billet at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK) using brand new machining centres. housing in nickel-plated, lever in black anodised.The newly developed brake levers are supplied with two inserts, which allow the transmission ratio of the pump to be altered as required.
Insert 1) is centrally drilled, insert 2) is drilled off-centre.
Simply replace / rotate the insert, and set the desired transmission ratio for optimal control and feel for the brake.
The pumps are right side R/S and left side L/S for use on the handlebar. The bleed nipples and the brake line connection have the same thread (M10x1.00). This means that either the line or, optionally, the bleeder can be used at both ports.
