General description

A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers and mid-pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically deform. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
