Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the exhaust header, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes, right through to the rear silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
