Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes, right through to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs. Due to its lighter weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
