Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes right up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.



Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.



For legal operation, a version with integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
