General Description

A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the planned power, performance development. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. The diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and intermediate pipes right up to the silencers is developed in countless dynamometer runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header version is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters are also available in the range for exhaust gas purification.
