General Description

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to the lower weight,
