The dashboard cover in a matt finish, made of carbon for the Ducati V4 Streetfighter, replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The cover is supplied iincluding a bracket.The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from pre-preg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect it against environmental influences. This plastic finish enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically, but it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
