Regarding the Product Safety Regulation
Manufacturer Information
According to the EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), manufacturers must provide their company name, registered trademark, postal address, and an electronic address (website or email) for contact purposes on the product or its packaging for products they place on the market. This information must also be made visible on online marketplaces to ensure traceability.
Hazard Pictograms
Hazard pictograms provide information about dangers arising from hazardous substances, mixtures, and articles containing explosives.

Batteries
The labelling obligation under § 17 of the Battery Act applies to manufacturers. Manufacturers according to the Battery Act are those who first place batteries and accumulators on the market in Germany, even if this is done via import.
