General Description

With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter play a crucial role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes right up to the rear silencers is developed through countless dynamometer runs.

The Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very mechanically deformable. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
