General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes all the way to the rear silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
