With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the collector pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the collector, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow collectors and mid-pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing variants also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium collector variant is used in racing.
