With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the collector pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the collector, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless test bench runs.

Arrow collectors are made from a special steel alloy (racing variants also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium collector variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also available in the range.
