Both the housing and the lever are machined from solid billet at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK) on brand new CNC machining centres. housing in nickel-plated, lever in black anodised.The newly developed brake levers are supplied with two inserts, through which the transmission ratio of the pump can be adjusted as required.
Insert 1) is centred, Insert 2) is eccentrically drilled.
Simply replace / rotate the insert, and set the desired transmission ratio for optimal control and feel for the brake.
The pumps are for right side R/S and left side L/S use on the handlebar. The bleed nipples and the connection for the brake line have the same thread (M10x1.00). This allows for either the brake line or the bleed nipple to be used in both ports.
